As Chairman of Juniper Group Private Limited, he has spent years shaping one of Sri Lanka’s most trusted and forward moving real estate portfolios. The company is known for premium land development, innovative housing solutions, and a strong commitment to responsible growth within the country. Under his leadership, Juniper Group has become a symbol of reliability and long term strategic thinking in the Sri Lankan property landscape.

With a Master of Laws (Hons.) in International Trade and Business Law and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) from the United Kingdom, Yatila brings depth, discipline, and clarity to every business he builds. His vision now expands beyond real estate into a much larger purpose. The creation of the Honey Bee Group.

Honey Bee Group is designed to represent Sri Lanka’s next journey. A modern, design led, globally inspired travel and hospitality house that captures the soul of the island while setting new standards for luxury and curated experiences. The first chapter of this journey is the launch of Honey Bee Traveller Private Limited, a boutique travel company built with international attention to detail and storytelling.

​In the years ahead, his leadership will guide the expansion into Honey Bee Hotels and Resorts, which will introduce a new collection of properties designed around warmth, culture, nature, and refined hospitality. Together, these companies form the foundation of a long term plan to uplift Sri Lanka’s tourism and hotel industry through creativity, quality, and purposeful innovation.

Manjarie Tissera Wijemanne supports the strategic direction of both Juniper Group Private Limited and the Honey Bee Group. With an international academic background and professional experience across Sri Lanka and the United States, she brings a strong understanding of luxury branding, consumer psychology, and corporate development.

At Juniper Group, she contributes to business development and brand strategy, helping position the company as a leading name in the Sri Lankan real estate industry. Her global knowledge strengthens the group’s ability to identify opportunities, understand market expectations, and elevate overall brand value.

As Deputy Chairman of Honey Bee Traveller Private Limited, Manjarie plays an essential role in shaping the brand’s identity and guest journey. From digital experience to creative storytelling, she ensures that the Honey Bee name represents sophistication and emotional depth.

​Manjarie’s academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) earned in Australia and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) obtained in Florida, USA. Her diverse educational background, coupled with her extensive professional experience.Her vision aligns with the long term goal of the Honey Bee Group, which is to expand beyond travel and become a respected hospitality house through the future launch of Honey Bee Hotels and Resorts. Her leadership ensures that every step of this journey is guided by quality, consistency, and a commitment to unforgettable guest experiences.
Kavishwara Chandran

Kavishwara Chandran serves as Vice President of Honey Bee Traveller Private Limited and contributes to the core development of the Honey Bee Group’s growing vision. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (Hons.) from the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom with a specialised focus on Social Psychology. This academic background gives him a strong understanding of how people think, behave, connect, and form emotional impressions, which is essential in designing modern, experience-led travel journeys.

His expertise in Social Psychology guides the way Honey Bee Traveller shapes guest interactions, builds trust, and creates experiences that feel personal and meaningful. Kavishwara oversees experience design, guest engagement strategy, and operational excellence. Every journey is crafted with intention, empathy, and careful insight into how people create lasting memories.

His role extends beyond travel into the broader development of the Honey Bee Group. As the company moves toward launching Honey Bee Hotels and Resorts, he helps define how future guests will experience the brand in both emotional and cultural dimensions.
